The core objective of the quality assurance cycle was to validate that FileForms could reliably handle real-world user interactions and integrated workloads under multiple environmental conditions. Testing for stability, user experience fidelity, and seamless data flow were all included in the QA process.

The performance phase simulated varying user loads and tracked system metrics using JMeter and browser-native network tools. Metrics included page render time, server response duration, and memory consumption across sessions.
Tests revealed a correlation between field-heavy forms and high initial load latency on mobile, prompting backend optimization recommendations. Regression benchmarks were captured to serve as performance baselines for future release cycles.
