// nextgen capital

Our treasury first. Then a fund.

A hedge fund and trading fund built the way we build software: prove it on ourselves, document everything, then open it up.

// the roadmap
Phase 1 · Now

Our own treasury, as a case study

We run NextGen's own treasury through the strategies and trading systems our engineers build — our money, our risk. Every rule, model and result gets documented so the track record is real before anyone else's capital is involved.

Phase 2

Outside investment

Once the treasury has a track record worth showing, we open a private fund to qualified investors, with the proper structure, administration and compliance in place.

Phase 3

A public trading fund

The long-term goal: take the strategy public so anyone can access it, run as a regulated hedge fund and trading fund.

// why us

Built by engineers

The same team that ships trading, ledger and fintech systems for clients builds the fund's infrastructure.

Deal experience

Led by Utshab Chakraborty — former investment banker and corporate development lead who worked on over $800M in deals in two years at NTT DATA and sold two companies.

Proof first

No outside money until our own treasury shows the approach works. The case study comes before the fund.
