Creator agreement
1. Who we are. This agreement is between you and NextGen Coding Company ("NextGen"). You are an independent contractor, not an employee or agent.
2. Content. You create original content from our briefs. You keep ownership of your content and grant NextGen a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to repost, clip and use it in marketing, including paid ads, for as long as it is live.
3. Disclosure. You will clearly mark sponsored posts (e.g. #ad or the platform's paid-partnership tag) as required by FTC rules.
4. What you won't say. No made-up client names, results, pricing or guarantees. No misleading claims, spam, fake engagement or bought views. Stick to the brief's talking points.
5. Pay. You earn per 1,000 verified views plus a fee for each qualified call booked through your personal link, at your current tier. A qualified call is a real business prospect who shows up. Views and calls are checked against the platform and our booking system before payout.
6. Payment timing. Earnings are paid monthly, by the 15th, for the prior month once you're over $25. You're responsible for your own taxes; we may ask for a W-9 or W-8 before paying.
7. Fraud. Inflated numbers, bots or self-booked calls void earnings for that post and can end the agreement.
8. Ending it. Either side can end this at any time by email. Earned, verified payouts are still paid.

Questions creators actually ask
Do I have to be approved first?
No. You create an account and the briefs are there. We only review the finished post before it's paid, to make sure it went live and matches the brief.
Do I have to post on my own account?
No. You can submit the raw file and we publish it on NextGen's channels. Posting on your own feed usually earns more, because views count toward your payout.
Do I need to be a developer?
No. Most of our best performing creators aren't engineers — they're good on camera and curious. We supply the technical accuracy.
How are views verified?
You report the number and link the live post. We check it against the platform before the payout is released, so inflated numbers just delay your own money.
How do booked calls pay?
Your link is tracked end to end. When someone who came through it books a call with our team, it's credited to you and paid on top of your views. Current rates are in your dashboard.
Can more than one person do the same brief?
Yes. Briefs stay open for everyone. Put your own spin on it — different hook, different face, different platform.
Who owns the video?
You keep the footage and can use it anywhere. We get a license to run it on our channels and in paid media.
