What you get
Every brief ships with a hook, a beat-by-beat outline, and the b-roll list. You film — you never stare at a blank page.
Flat rate per accepted video, paid monthly. Rates scale with your audience and how well past posts performed.
You get a personal link. When a company that came through it becomes a client, you get paid on the deal — not on the click.
Publish on your own accounts, or submit the raw file and we publish it on ours. Both count.
Send the raw file and we cut it, caption it, and grade it. You keep the polished version for your own feed either way.
Views, watch-through and reply rate on every post you make for us, in your creator dashboard — so you know what to make more of.
Need a subject-matter expert on camera or a real project to talk about? We put you in the room. It's why the content doesn't feel like an ad.
Reels first, always. New series get piloted with the roster before anything goes wide, and pilots pay a premium.

Questions creators actually ask
Do I have to post on my own account?
No. You can submit the raw file and we publish it on NextGen's channels. Posting on your own feed usually earns more, because it counts toward reach and referrals.
Do I need to be a developer?
No. Most of our best performing creators aren't engineers — they're good on camera and curious. We supply the technical accuracy.
How does the referral money work?
Your link is tracked end to end. If a company that landed through it becomes a client, you get a share of the deal — not a few cents for a click. Our deals typically run six figures.
How often do I have to post?
Roster creators commit to a set number of briefs a month. Contributors can take briefs whenever they want with no minimum.
Who owns the video?
You keep the footage and can use it anywhere. We get a license to run it on our channels and in paid media.
Apply to the roster
Takes two minutes. We review weekly — approved creators get portal access, their referral link, and the first brief the same day.
