Common questions
- Do you have offices in every city you serve?
- No. NextGen is headquartered in Cary, North Carolina and serves U.S. companies remotely. Every engineer lives and works in the United States, so overlap with your working hours is built in. When a kickoff or workshop needs people in the room, we travel to you.
- How do you handle time zones across the U.S.?
- Engineers are matched to your time zone where possible and keep core-hour overlap with your team for standups, reviews, and incident response. West Coast teams get engineers on Pacific or Mountain hours.
- Can engineers work on site?
- Yes, on-site work is available when the engagement needs it, typically for kickoff, discovery workshops, or regulated environments. Most delivery runs remotely inside your tools.
