NextGen Coding Company

Your software roadmap shouldn't be limited by engineering capacity.

See how NextGen helps companies design, build, integrate, automate, and scale software without building an entire engineering organization internally — then grab the capability statement and services deck below.

7-minute overview • Captioned • Watch before our call

Problems we solve

Concrete problems, not service categories.

Manual document processing

Thousands of PDFs, forms, invoices, or records handled by people.

OCR + AI extraction + validation + workflow automation

Legacy systems that don't communicate

Shopify, NetSuite, CRM, ERP, warehouses, internal tools.

API integrations + synchronization + unified data

Manual operations

Employees copying information between systems all day.

Workflow automation + internal applications

AI initiatives with no landing spot

Leadership wants AI; nobody has scoped where it pays.

POC → evaluation → production AI workflow

Roadmap without capacity

The plan exists; engineering can't get to it this year.

Dedicated engineering + QA delivery team

Data silos

Operational data spread across platforms with no single view.

Data pipelines + analytics + unified dashboards

How engagements work

Start with the problem. Not a headcount request.

DISCOVERY

02

PROOF OF CONCEPT

03

BUILD

04

SCALE

You don't need to know how many React developers, QA engineers, cloud engineers, or AI engineers you need before talking to us. Start with the business problem — we translate it into the technical plan.

Selected work

Problem → system → outcome.

Our delivery process

A developer writing code is one part of shipping software.

  1. 01 Requirements
  2. 02 Architecture
  3. 03 Design
  4. 04 Development
  5. 05 Code review
  6. 06 QA
  7. 07 Security
  8. 08 Deployment
  9. 09 Monitoring
  10. 10 Iteration

Architecture matters. QA matters. Communication matters. Security matters. Deployment matters. And accountability matters. NextGen can provide individual engineering capacity or the complete delivery layer.

What happens next

Exactly what the first 30 days look like.

  1. Day 0

    A 30-minute technical call

You walk the problem; we ask about systems, volumes, and who owns what. No slides.

  2. Day 2

    A one-page scope

Approach, team, timeline, and price in writing — not a forty-page proposal.

  3. Week 1

    Kickoff

Delivery lead and tech lead assigned, access sorted, architecture confirmed.

  4. Weekly

    A demo of working software

Plus a shared board you can open any day of the week.

  5. Day 30

    Something real running

A proof of concept, a first integration, or the first slice of the build.

What to expect

What you should hold us to.

The manual process stops being manual

Documents, re-keying, and copying between systems handled by software instead of your team.

One source of truth, not four

Systems that currently disagree get integrated and synchronized.

Tested, monitored, supported

QA and monitoring are part of delivery, so problems surface before your customers find them.

Weekly progress you can see

Working software every week, and a named person to call when it slips.

Numbers from your baseline

We measure against your current process after we've seen it. We don't promise a percentage up front.

We don't promise a percentage before we've seen your process. Any number we put in front of you is measured against your own baseline.

FAQ

The questions buyers actually ask.

How much does a project cost?

It depends on scope and the team required. We support small discovery and proof-of-concept engagements, fixed-scope production builds, and ongoing engineering teams billed monthly. On the call we size the work against your actual requirements rather than quoting a package.

Can you work with our existing engineering team?

Yes. We can supplement an internal team — engineers, QA, cloud, data, or AI specialists working inside your process — or own a defined workstream end to end with our own delivery lead.

Can you take over an existing codebase?

Yes, subject to an initial technical review. We look at architecture, test coverage, dependencies, and deployment before committing to a plan, so nobody inherits a surprise.

Do you provide ongoing support?

Yes. Ongoing engineering, QA, maintenance, infrastructure, and support arrangements can be structured after launch based on how the system is used.

Can we start small?

Yes. Discovery and proof-of-concept engagements exist specifically to validate the approach before anyone commits to a larger implementation.

Do you work with enterprise security requirements?

We work within client security, infrastructure, cloud, access-control, and deployment requirements as defined by the engagement — including working inside your environments and review processes where that is the requirement.

Who owns the software?

The client owns the software and associated intellectual property in accordance with the applicable engagement agreement.

Now let's talk about your project

Let's figure out whether we should build it.

If you're watching this before our meeting, you don't need to prepare a technical specification. Come with the problem, show us the workflow, and we'll help determine the architecture, team, timeline, and smartest way to get started. And if we're not the right team for it, we'll tell you.
